Casual Waitstaff - UNSW The Lounge (15 to 20 hrs Mon to Fri)

The Role

• Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
• A la carte and bar service
• Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
• Both full time and casual roles available
• Monday - Friday only 

To be successful, you are:

• Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• 1+ years hospitality
• A La Carte waitperson experience
• A team player who can work independently 
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a valid RSA
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Available to work on Monday to Friday day time and Tuesday to Thursday evenings until 7pm only
