We’re building the opening team â and we’re on the hunt for a Venue Manager to help shape and lead it from day one.

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring the front-of-house and bar team to deliver a truly exceptional guest experience, night after night.
Overseeing financials, budgets, cost controls and reporting to ensure a profitable and sustainable venue.
Developing and executing a standout drinks program in collaboration with the Bar Manager.
Managing programming of live music, DJs and events, working closely with our partners including the Sydney Theatre Company.
Driving recruitment, training, team culture and retention â creating a workplace people love.
Ensuring compliance across liquor licensing, WHS, food safety and workplace legislation.
Collaborating closely with the F&B Operations Manager and contributing to the larger strategy of our hospitality group.
An experienced and confident hospitality leader, ideally with a background in cocktail bars, late-night venues, or premium restaurants.
Someone who’s both guest-obsessed and commercially savvy, capable of balancing creative ambition with strong business performance.
A natural team builder who leads by example, with high standards, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of accountability.
A hands-on operator who thrives in dynamic environments, and loves creating systems, teams, and culture from scratch.
A passion for drinks, service, theatre, music, and Sydney’s evolving nightlife scene is essential.
