VENUE MANAGER – QUEENSLAND MUSEUM KURILPA

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead operations at Café Muse, located within Queensland Museum Kurilpa.  We’re looking for a standout hospitality professional who is personable, well presented, and naturally confident in guest-facing environments. In this role, you will oversee all front‑of‑house operations, ensuring seamless café service, exceptional guest experiences, and the smooth delivery of internal functions and events. Reporting to the General Manager QLD, this hands‑on leadership role is responsible for driving the growth, quality and performance of our F&B operations while leading an exceptional front‑of‑house team. We’re looking for a strong operator with sharp attention to detail, a passion for staff development, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Our venue is fast‑paced year‑round, particularly during school holidays, so maintaining high standards in service and quality is essential.
