The role

As Bistro Supervisor, you’ll be hands-on leading the front-of-house team across the bistro and functions, making sure service runs smoothly and guests feel genuinely looked after.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading and supporting waitstaff and baristas on shift
  • Delivering warm, consistent service to members, locals and function guests
  • Managing ordering, stocktakes and daily venue organisation
  • Rostering staff and approving timesheets
  • Troubleshooting service issues as they arise
  • Training and developing new and existing team members
  • Working a rotating 7-day roster (morning, evening and weekend availability required)

 

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and keeping standards high without taking yourself too seriously.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 12 months’ experience supervising in a busy hospitality venue
  • Strong barista skills
  • A friendly, confident leadership style
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • The ability to mentor and motivate junior team members
  • Current NSW RSA and solid bar/beverage knowledge
  • Full Australian working rights
