The Fresh Collective is recruiting for a supervisor at one of Melbourne’s most exciting venues. We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented â a hospitality natural.
This is a busy role overseeing a seven-day operation.

The Role
- Lead a team of waiters, hosts and baristas
- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
- Ordering and stocktake
- Develop and train new and existing team members
- Rotating 5 days roster over 7 days
- Lead by example and guide new colleagues
- Assist Venue Manager in team meetings and daily reports
About You
- 12+ months supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.
- Experience in restaurants and table service
- Strong barista and coffee making skills
- Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- The drive to lead and mentor a team of junior staff
- In possession of full time Australian Working Rights
- Valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working With Children Check
- Valid full time working rights in Australia
