The Role

You'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver quality restaurant dishes — beautifully presented, consistent, and full of flavour.

You will be an integral part of the management team, delivering top level events in one of Sydney’s most stunning venues

Day to day, you'll:

  • Lead and inspire a small kitchen brigade through busy restaurant and function service
  • Step up and run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef's absence
  • Keep food and staff costs on track
  • Uphold food safety standards without compromising on speed or quality

About You

  • Qualified in Commercial Cookery
  • At home in a fast-paced restaurant or pre-theatre kitchen environment
  • A strong communicator who leads by example
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and make your mark
  • Full working rights in Australia ✓
