The Fresh Collective is seeking a passionate, experienced, and people focused Senior Event Operations Manager to lead and inspire our FOH service teams across our Brisbane venues. This leadership role is central to delivering premium guest experiences and driving operational excellence across multiple high profile sites.
You will oversee day to day service delivery, mentor and develop onâsite teams, and ensure our events and hospitality operations consistently reflect The Fresh Collective’s commitment to quality, professionalism, and creativity

THE ROLE
- Ideal for senior hospitality leaders with extensive experience in events and functions
- Responsible for delivering consistently exceptional customer experiences
- Reports directly to the General Manager, Queensland
- Oversees all event service operations, including setup, execution, and pack down for both onsite and offsite events
- Leads and mentors a team of supervisors and service staff
- Collaborates closely with clients and the culinary team to ensure seamless event delivery
- Core roster: Tuesday to Thursday daytime, plus Friday and Saturday evening service
- Five day rotating roster
ESSENTIALS
- Over 3 years’ experience managing FOH function & event food and beverage teams, directing all aspects of event delivery, staff development, and service execution. Skilled in a wide range of event service styles and recognised for maintaining exceptional service quality in highâpressure hospitality settings
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Strong commitment to accuracy and high standards
- Highly effective communicator, skilled in both written and verbal interactions, with strong proficiency in administrative processes, documentation, and organisational support
- Skilled in building team capability through coaching, structured training, and a supportive leadership style
- Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
- Current RSA and RMLV
- Full-time Australian working rights
- Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 2 years preferred)
