Senior Bartender: UNSW - The Lounge

The Fresh Collective is looking for a highly experienced Senior Bartender to join a close-knit team at The Lounge, located onsite at UNSW Kensington. The Bartender will be highly skilled, highly motivated and have exceptional customer service skills.

The Role

• Make cocktails and drinks to a high quality and appearance
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
• Basic barista skills are highly regarded and a plus!
• Conduct a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
• Set up and cleaning of the bar

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartender experience, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
• Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
• Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
• Have strong communication skills
• Hold a valid RSA
• Hold full Australian working rights and be available to work a minimum of 12 months
• Be available to start ASAP
