THE ROLE

ESSENTIALS

Skilled in a wide range of event service styles and recognised for maintaining exceptional service quality in high‑pressure hospitality settings
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and high standards
  • Highly effective communicator, skilled in both written and verbal interactions, with strong proficiency in administrative processes, documentation, and organisational support
  • Skilled in building team capability through coaching, structured training, and a supportive leadership style
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
  • Current RSA and RMLV
  • Full-time Australian working rights
  • Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 2 years preferred)
