The Fresh Collective is seeking a commercially minded, relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead proactive and reactive sales across our NSW venues.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound corporate and event enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and converting leads into confirmed business
  • Drive proactive sales activity through targeted outreach, networking, referrals and relationship building
  • Develop and grow key client, corporate and venue-partner relationships
  • Identify opportunities to increase bookings and utilisation across underleveraged venues
  • Create and implement sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets
  • Work closely with venue managers to align on sales opportunities, client requirements and service delivery
  • Build structured engagement plans for strategic accounts and repeat clients
  • Ensure seamless handover of confirmed events to planning and operational teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client records and activity in Momentus Elite or a similar CRM system
  • Monitor conversion, revenue, utilisation and performance against agreed targets
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reporting
  • Represent The Fresh Collective at industry events, networking opportunities and client entertaining functions
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales systems, processes and reporting

You’re a confident, proactive sales professional with a genuine passion for events, hospitality and building meaningful client relationships. You’ll bring:

  • Proven event sales manager experience
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development or event sales within hospitality, venues or catering
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets, improving conversion and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience managing corporate event enquiries and building tailored client proposals
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, organised approach to managing pipelines, opportunities and client needs
  • Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales performance and revenue targets
  • The ability to work collaboratively with venue partners, planning teams and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Sydney events market is highly regarded
  • Experience using CRM systems, Momentus Elite or similar sales reporting tools is highly regarded
  • Experience mentoring or supporting sales team members is desirable
