 About the Role

  • Reports directly to the Venue Manager
  • Supervision of bar, floor and function staff
  • Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
  • Lead by example and mentor/guide new colleagues
  • Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
  • From time to time assist at our other venues including the ACMI         

About You

  • Great problem solving skills
  • Ability to train and mentor other staff
  • Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Valid RSA and full working rights in Australia

Your background would ideally include

  • 2 Years management position in a high quality bar/restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of Spirits and Cocktail creation and making.
