The role involves managing logistics for events, including transportation, inventory control, and overseeing both equipment and beverage distribution.Key Responsibilities Include:Scheduling & Coordination: Attend function meetings, schedule deliveries and collections, manage logistics of staff, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring everything is set up and completed as per event requirements.Delivery & Collection Management: Ensure all logistics are handled safely and on time, oversee packing, loading, and returning of items, including food, chef equipment, and beverages. Point of contact for any discrepancies or issues on-site.Beverage Management: Order and maintain beverage stock, ensure timely delivery and secure storage, manage beverage inventory and conduct monthly stock takes. Adhere to beverage procedures and ensure proper security and handling at all times.Equipment Handling: Oversee the packing and readiness of Fresh equipment for events, report issues, and manage the cleanliness and condition of all equipment.Team Management: Supervise and train staff, ensuring that logistics processes are understood and followed. Build team morale through open communication and support.Logistics and Safety: Ensure the safe and timely delivery of all components required for events, including food, equipment, beverages, and more.
