Kitchen Steward – Sydney Theatre Company

The Fresh Collective are looking for dedicated Kitchen Stewards to support the kitchen brigade at one of our venues, The Wharf Restaurant and Bar, which is part of Sydney Theatre Company. The Role

About You

  • Available to work shift hours: Day 11am - 4pm / Evening 5pm - 11pm.
  • Prior experience of 6 months in a similar role, with knowledge of food hygiene
  • A responsible person who shows initiative
  • An eye for detail
  • Hard working, physically fit and reliable – able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid working visa, with availability to meet the required shifts.
