Head Barista - Melbourne Museum - The Fresh Collective

The Fresh Collective Melbourne is currently seeking a passionate Head Baristas to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Our venues are open 7 days a week from 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am to 430pm on weekends.

About The Role

• Lead a team of Baristas
• Discounted Parking available
• Stock ordering
• Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
• Take orders and enter in POS
• Enjoy working with high-end clientele
• Work as an integral part of the front of house team
• Day Shift on Monday to Sunday - 5 days per week
• Located at Carlton

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally 2 years Head Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
• Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
• A team player who can work independently
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid RSA & Working With Children Check (or willing to take)
• Valid full time working rights in Australia
