 The Role
  • Deliver exceptional client and guest experiences across a diverse range of events
  • Oversee events from set up, through to sequence of service, to pack down
  • Lead & manage a team of experienced waiters and bartenders - this is a hands-on position actively directing service staff during our many functions
  • Work on a 5 day working week between Monday and Saturday
  • Work closely with clients and culinary team throughout events
 About You
  • Ideally 2+ years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, training experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Organised with good time management skills
  • Flexibility to work at different hours throughout a 5 day working week.
  • Valid RSA
  • Fulltime Australian working rights
