These are casual Level 5 and Level 6 roles, offering 30â40 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

Your Role
As a Function Chef, you will:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for a diverse range of events and functions
- Support smooth kitchen operations from preparation through to service and pack-down
- Work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional food
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and quality
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and presentation
As a Pastry Chef, you will:
- Produce high-quality desserts, pastries, baked goods and plated sweets for functions and events
- Contribute creative ideas while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Assist with pastry preparation, service and kitchen organisation
- Ensure all pastry operations meet food-safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie or equivalent relevant qualification
- Minimum two years’ experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen, function or events environment
- Previous pastry experience is essential for the Pastry Chef position
- A strong eye for detail, quality and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and remain organised during busy service periods
- Positive energy, a collaborative mindset and genuine passion for great food
- Valid Australian working rights, ideally citizenship, residency or a full working visa
