THE ROLE

  • Suitable for senior service leaders with a strong hospitality background
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Report directly to the Senior Service Manager
  • Oversee service from set up through to pack down
  • Lead & supervise a team of experienced supervisors and service staff
  • Work closely with clients and the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery
  • Tuesday to Thursday day shifts and Friday & Saturday night service
  • 5 day rotating roster

ESSENTIALS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong background in event service operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to lead, train and motivate teams
  • Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills
  • Current RSA and RMLV( Preferable)
  • Full-time Australian working rights
  • Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 2 years preferred)
