L'Americano Espresso Bar at the Coco Republic showroom, in Fortitude Valley are looking for an experienced Food Prep (Cook) to join the team.

About The Role

• General washing up
• Basic food preparation such as cooking of breakfasts, snacks, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties in a kitchen or food preparation area
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment 
• Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
• Deep cleaning
• Competent working autonomously in liaison with Venue Manager
• 25-30 hours per week on offer
• Casual hourly rate: Mon to Fri at $32.31, Sat at $38.78 and Sun at $45.24 plus super

About You

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
• A responsible person who shows initiative
• An eye for detail
• Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
• Good communication skills
• Valid working rights in Australia
