Sales-Focused Role | Premium Events & VenuesThe Fresh Collective is seeking a commercially driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our Melbourne Sales team. Reporting to the National Director of Sales, this role is primarily responsible for managing inbound enquiries, converting leads into confirmed business, and maximising revenue across a portfolio of premium venues including Melbourne Museum, ACMI and other leading cultural sites. This is a sales role, not an event planning position. The primary focus is on enquiry management, client conversion, and revenue generation across corporate, private, and wedding markets.About the RoleYou will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries, managing the Melbourne sales inbox and phone line. Your core responsibility is to qualify, respond to, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, with a strong focus on corporate events, private functions, and wedding enquiries.You will manage a high volume of short-lead and wedding enquiries, preparing tailored proposals and following through with clients to secure business. About the Role

Key Responsibilities
