About the Role

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, quoting, coordination, and execution across multiple venues and offsite locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue teams
  • Prepare and revise event proposals, run sheets, and post-event reports
  • Collaborate with chefs, service managers, and internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
  • Contribute to revenue targets through upselling and proactive client engagement
  • Attend site inspections, forecasting, and daily operational meetings as required
  • Maintain accurate records and event details in Momentus

 

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (luxury hospitality, events, or catering)
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Passionate about premium food, beverage, and event experiences
  • Proficient with event software (e.g. Priava, Momentus) preferred
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong upselling and negotiations skills with a focus on supporting revenue targets
