Your Role
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all kitchen operations
- Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
- Participate in setup and breakdown of kitchen operations
- Step up to assist in kitchen leadership when required
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience or equivalent in a high-volume or professional kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during busy periods
- Valid Australian working rights (ideally citizenship, residency, or full working visa)
