Your Role

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all kitchen operations
  • Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
  • Participate in setup and breakdown of kitchen operations
  • Step up to assist in kitchen leadership when required

About You

  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience or equivalent in a high-volume or professional kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during busy periods
  • Valid Australian working rights (ideally citizenship, residency, or full working visa)
