The Role

  • Based at the Melbourne Museum
  • Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
  • Run your own section in a high-quality kitchen environment
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Changing menu to match Museum exhibitions

 

About You

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant and/or cafe
  • Certified in Commercial Cookery III or IV
  • Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
  • Impeccable communication skills
