The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate Casual waitstaff all rounder to join their team at the Australian Museum. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
About the role
- Provide a high-quality service to guests
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
- Open Monday to Sunday with shifts between 9am to 5pm, open late on Wednesday

Day shifts and Wednesday's evening availability required
- Casual position
- 25 hours per week
- Hourly rate: MonâFri $33.85/hr | Sat $40.62/hr | Sun $47.39/hr + super
About You
- 1 year experience in a busy high end a la carte restaurant / bistro
- Able to carry 3 + plates
- Barista skills with basic latte art
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold valid NSW RSA
- Valid Australian Working Rights
