Venue Supervisor - Australian Museum

The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate Venue Supervisor to join their team at the Australian Museum. 

The venue is open 7 days; 10am–5pm. 

About the role

  • Full time position
  • Lead a team of waiters, hosts and baristas
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
  • Ordering and stocktake
  • Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
  • Daily troubleshooting 
  • Develop and train new and existing team members
  • Rotating roster over 7 days – weekend work is required
  • Work predominantly day shifts with occasional evenings
  • Annual salary at $75,000 to $80,000 plus super

 

About You

  • Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.
  • Strong barista experience
  • Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
  • The drive to lead and mentor a team of junior staff
  • NSW RSA and bar/beverage knowledge 
  • In possession of full time Australian Working Rights
  • Position is available now
