Bar Supervisor UNSW - The Lounge

The Fresh Collective is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join The Lounge at UNSW in Kensington. The Lounge is a high-quality modern designed restaurant and bar offering magnificent views over Sydney. The venue is open Monday to Friday providing high levels of service, food and beverage to the university’s staff and visitors.

The venue encompasses a range of spaces suitable for a casual meeting, private dining, group booking or events. Open Monday & Friday 10am-3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 10am-7pm

The Role

• Prepare hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure prompt and efficient service
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the venues menus
• Ensure high levels of service area cleanliness and personal presentation
  
  

Requirements

• Be a competent Barista with latte art skills
• Passionate about providing a high-quality customer experience
• Have good communication skills
• Hold a valid RSA
• Australian working rights
