Bar Manager | Folio

The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at Folio.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and is passionate about exceptional hospitality, quality beverages and team development. You'll oversee day-to-day bar operations, lead and mentor the team, manage stock and beverage costs, and ensure seamless service throughout every shift.

Working closely with venue leadership, you'll drive service standards, operational efficiency and team culture, creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining strong commercial and operational performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in bar management within a high-volume venue
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing stock, ordering and beverage costs
  • A passion for cocktails, wine, spirits and great service
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm, focused and hands-on during busy service periods
  • 5+ years' hospitality management experience preferred
