The role

  • Running the daily operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Use your hands-on management skills and lead by example
  • Assist the Manager to achieve both forecasts and budgets 
  • Provide clear and consistent direction whilst creating a great working environment for all staff 

You

  • Ideally have 12+ months management/supervisory experience in a busy fast paced restaurant.
  • The drive and ability to lead and mentor a team of junior staff
  • Proficient in both food and beverage management within an upscale restaurant venue
  • A friendly, vibrant personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
  • Previous restaurant reservations management and event sales experience a plus
  • Strong bar operations and cocktail knowledge
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be able to work lunch and dinner on a rotating roster, including weekends
  • ACT RSA qualified
  • WSET wine qualifications an advantage
  • In possession of valid Australian Working Rights
