Chef De Partie

The Fresh Collective is seeking a casual CDP to join our dynamic team at AMP in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented corporate team to elevate and innovate our food offerings.

With a Tuesday to Thursday schedule and primarily daytime shifts, occasional evening shifts may be required based depending on business needs.

About the role

• Casual position
• Approximately 24 hours per week
• Level 6 pay rate of $38.35 per hour plus super
• Run your own section in a high-quality and high volume environment
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality

About you

• Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery
• Experience in fast-paced cafe or events environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for cooking, and be open to learning new skills in the kitchen
• Valid working rights in Australia
