The Role

About You: 

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a Lead Bartender, Senior Bartender, or Bar Supervisor role
  • Experience working within functions, events, high-volume venues, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or training bar staff
  • Proven ability to manage stock control and bar operations effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Current Queensland RSA Certificate
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
