We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented â a hospitality natural.The Roles8 x casual waitstaff2 x bartendersWaitstaffWork in iconic venueCareer growth and developmentDeliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous mannerMust be able to carry 3 plates and complete tray serviceProactive and perform well in a fast-paced environmentIdeally coming from a high-end restaurant background or have catering experience.Fluent in EnglishPay rates: Mon-Fri at $27.15 p/hr Sat at $32.58 p/hr Sun at $38.01 p/hr BartendersRun all aspects of the bar including set up and cleaningManage bar stock, including ordering and stocktakeBe a competent Barista with latte art skillsMaintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menuMake and serve wine, beers, cocktails, coffees and mixed spirits for the guestsStrong knowledge of wines, spirits, classic cocktails and keg managementBe physically fit and able to carry 10-15kgConduct a professional and courteous manner at all timesOpportunity to cross train across different parts of the venueFlexible working roster with 20-35 hours per week on offerPay rates: Mon-Fri at $27.15 p/hr Sat at $32.58 p/hr Sun at $38.01 p/h RequirementsMinimum 6 months to 1-year experience in similar role, coming from well-established and fast-paced venuesPassion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offeringPossess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experienceHave strong communication skillsHold a valid RSABe available to start on the 13th June 2022 ABOUT USThe Fresh Collective is a Sydney and Melbourne based hospitality group, delivering exceptional experiences and premium food and beverage in venues and events.
