We are recruiting for an experienced Venue Manager for Café Muse, Queensland Museum Kurilpa.
We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented â a hospitality natural. You will have an innate ability to oversee the front of house operations, including managing all café and service-related tasks to ensure our many guests are provided with professional and courteous service.
Reporting into our Director of Food &Beverage, this position is responsible for driving the growth and quality of F&B operations and managing an amazing group of service staff.
We are looking for a strong operator, with an eye for detail and a focus on staff development and improving customer experience. This role is hands on, with the Venue Manager is expected to cover the barista’s, cashiers and servers when required.
The venue is fast paced, particularly during school holiday periods, and requires a manager that is focussed on maintaining the highest of standards in quality and service , all year round.
