About the role

  • Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge
  • Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
  • Run your own section in a busy pre-theatre environment
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Sunday

Essentials 

  • Experience in fast paced a la carte service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia with the ability to work full time hours
