Marketing Manager P/T

2-3 days per week – work from home!Fixed term with a view to extendNewly created position – opportunity to shape and make it your own$500 per dayThe Fresh Collective is looking to employ an experienced marketing manager to join our team for this newly created position. We are offering a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend. The role will require a minimum of 2 days per week with the possibility of more days as and when required. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing and business development for the L’Americano group of cafes, that The Fresh Collective manage for Coco Republic. The Cafes are located within the Coco Republic stores in Alexandria, Castle Hill, Brisbane, Auckland with plans to launch two new stores in the next six months. The successful candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, and be an experienced marketing all-rounder, a generalist, who has experience in developing marketing strategies but also has the skills required to manage execution and implementation with a particular emphasis on digital and local area marketing. Previous experience in marketing for cafes, restaurants or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop the annual marketing strategy and quarterly implementation plan for each venue with agreed targets and KPI’s.Develop a half yearly marketing activity and promotions calendar with marketing campaigns and activations to drive awareness and visitation.Working in collaboration with venue managers to drive and create engaging marketing activations and campaigns.Brief graphic design on collateral and marketing materials.Create engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters.Management of online advertising campaigns, primarily geotargeted social campaigns.Manage social media accounts with weekly posts and stories and implement social media strategies set out in the marketing plan.Weekly marketing and monthly meetings with relevant stakeholders to review KPI’s, analytics and results of ongoing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.Website management and uploading menus and What’s On information.Customer acquisition and retention.Managing photoshoots for the venues, food and drinks.Maintain relationships and maximising opportunities with key partners including shopping entre marketing teams.Development of local area marketing strategy for each venue that maximises exposure to The local community and implementing and reporting on progress on a quarterly basis.Assist with building and controlling marketing budgets.briefing creatives and external third parties to align with the company’s business objectives. ABOUT YOU4 years'+ experience marketing preferably within the hospitality industry.Excellent communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Love of food, dining out and providing a premium customer experience.Experience with Facebook business manager and managing social media campaigns.Experience with WordPress or similar CMSExcellent copywriting skillsBusiness development and sales skills to ensure success of local area marketing campaigns and acquisition of events, drop off catering and functions business in the venues.BENEFITSDevelop your career within an award-winning hospitality groupA friendly and professional teamWork from homeEmployee discounts at Fresh venuesWHO WE AREThe Fresh Collective is one of Sydney’s premier hospitality companies providing excellence in quality of food, and offering new and exciting standards across all their events and venues.
