Compa & Sando is looking for a passionate Kiosk Supervisor to lead the team at the brand-new Kiosk - & Sando.

The Role

• Meet and greet customers
• Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
• Take orders and enter in POS
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations
• Direct the team of full time and casual staff and assist operations where necessary
• Weekly rostering of staff to set budgets
• Lead by example, nurturing and motivating staff
• Ensures all staff are trained in the various duties
• Reports to the Venue Manager

About You

• 1-2 Years supervisor/manager experience from a busy cafe
• Minimum 2-year experience as a Barista, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues 
• Passionate barista with coffee knowledge and latte art skills 
• Proven ability to work independently and methodically whilst offering a superior level of customer service 
• Strong communication skills
