Founded in 1998 by Peter McCloskey, The Fresh Collective employs a team of experts who stand by the company’s values of excellence, innovation and integrity.The Fresh Collective manages the event catering and services, restaurants and cafés in a number of iconic venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.About the roleAs the Director of Sales and Marketing, you would be responsible for the development, implementation and achieving of the Fresh Collective strategic plans and revenue targets.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Lead and direct the development and implementation of strategic sales plans and initiatives to include, but not limited to; interacting with clients, directing sales efforts, driving unique food and beverage offerings, securing business,  create and provide input to successful tenders, preparing and presenting statistical and performance reports and managing all financial aspects of the division.Grow and develop your team members' performance to include, but not limited to; providing supervision and professional development, sales evaluations and delivering a culture of recognition and success.Ability to identify the correct source of business for various markets and productsProven and ongoing success in driving actual business  through cutting edge social mediaAdapt activities to be in line with direct requests from the MD  Experience in producing Sales and Marketing plans, both company wide and for individual revenue centresAbility to produce winning tenders in a competitive environmentThe focus for this role is achieving agreed sales targets, marketing strategy and implementation, budgeting, engagement, leadership, partnering, and ultimately responsible for the development, delivery, and success of the company's annual sales strategic plan.About youThe successful candidate would have extensive knowledge and experience from within the hospitality/ hotel sector and ideally 5 years’ experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing, along with a proven track record of successful campaigns with total commercial responsibility.We are looking for a result focused professional, who possesses the ability to successfully inspire, mentor, develop and manage the team.
