An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Demi Chef to join MOD Dining culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW, the Sydney Modern Project.
Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will work with a successful, professional and highly regarded hospitality group.

The Role
- Work on a 5 days working week between Monday and Sunday
- Preparing exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance according to recipes
- Ensure food is served at agreed quality and speed of service
- Supervise and train other kitchen staff
- Assist with functions
- Working with a large company with multiple restaurants
- Follow all food safety procedures and legislation
About You
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant and/or cafe
- Certified in Commercial Cookery
- Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Impeccable communication skills
- In possession of a valid Australian working visa
