About the role

  • Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge
  • Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
  • Run your own section in a busy pre-theatre environment
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Saturday
  • 24 hours per week
  • Hourly pay M-F at $37.05 Sat at $44.46 Sun at $51.87 plus super

Essential Requirements

  • Significant experience in fast paced a la carte service
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Hold valid working rights
