The Role

  • Lead a team of waiters and baristas
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
  • Ordering and stocktake
  • Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
  • Develop and train new and existing team members
  • Rotating 5 days roster over 7 days
  • Lead by example and guide new colleagues

 

About You

  • 6+ months supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.
  • Strong bar experience
  • Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
  • The drive to lead and mentor a team of junior staff
  • In possession of full time Australian Working Rights
  • Valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working With Children Check
  • Valid full time working rights in Australia – student visas accepted
