Bartender – Hidden Valley
Starting in December, The Fresh Collective are excited to be opening a brand-new Restaurant and Function Centre in Hidden Valley, Victoria. We are looking for experienced and passionate Bartenders to join a brand-new team on a casual basis.The RoleRun all aspects of the bar including set up and cleaningManage bar stock, including ordering and stocktakeWork at superb events including cocktail parties, banquet dinners and weddingsMaintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menuMake and serve wine, beers, cocktails, coffees and mixed spirits for the guestsConduct a professional and courteous manner at all timesOpportunity to cross train across different parts of the venueFlexible working roster with 20-38 hours per week on offerRequirementsMinimum 1-year experience in bartending, coming from well-established and fast-paced venuesBe a competent Barista with latte art skillsPassion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offeringStrong knowledge of wines, spirits, classic cocktails and keg managementBe physically fit and able to carry 10-15kgPossess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experienceHave strong communication skillsHold a valid RSABe available to start on the 10th December 2018Key DatesYou must be available on the following dates:10th and 11th December â all day paid training13th December â soft openings15th December â official openingAbout the company â The Fresh CollectiveSydney based hospitality group, The Fresh Collective, operates a portfolio of cafés, restaurants and stores and provides catering and event services in a number of iconic venues across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane including The Museum of Contemporary Art, The Queensland Museum, Sydney Theatre Company and the Sydney Living Museums portfolio.
