About the Role

  • Dual position Hosting and Reservations duties
  • Taking and processing all restaurant enquiries over the phone and email
  • Greeting customers with a friendly, confident, professional and energetic welcome
  • Efficiently taking and managing reservations
  • Offering and exceptional standard of customer service to all diners
  • Work collaboratively with both the Front of House and Back of House team onsite
  • Coordinate and be involved in group bookings and events
  • Position 1 - Monday to Friday: 9.30am til 3.00pm
  • Position 2 - Monday to Friday: 4.00pm - Approximately 8.00pm

 

About You

  • Prior experience as a host in an busy a la carte restaurant
  • Reservations management and coordination
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Current NSW RSA
  • Well presented and confident in your own hospitality abilities
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Team player with a positive attitude
