The Role

  • A la carte table service for breakfast, lunches and dinners.
  • Setting and cleaning tables and service areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Detailed explanation for the food and beverages to customers
  • Monday – Friday position with flexible shifts
  • 25+ hours a week on offer

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-years a la carte experience in five star hotels, premium dining or high end conference venues
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant Order of Service
  • Passion and a wide-ranging knowledge of the food and beverage offering
  • Well presented with high quality service standards
  • Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A team player that can commit to delivering the best possible experience
  • Hold a valid RSA
  • Full Australian working rights- Must be able to work over 20 hours a week
