Sales and Customer Relations Executive
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales and Customer Service professional to join one of Sydney’s premier hospitality companies. This role will be incremental in optimising commercial outcomes for the Fresh Collective with a key focus on events. About the roleGenerate sales leads and opportunities through a variety of channels, both inbound and outboundProvide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential clients Ensure that all Fresh client relationships are maintained and developed to maximise retention and loyaltyWork closely with the Events Team. The Sales and Customer Relations Executive will pass on confirmed sales to Event Managers to complete and coordinate all aspects of event managementCreate and deliver weekly/monthly reporting needs to the businessOrganise and attend meetings when business opportunities are identified, representing The Fresh Collective in a professional and appropriate mannerResearch and identify venue opportunities for Fresh to be able to cater in. Approach new venues and establish a relationshipGenerous Salary package according to relevant experience About the successful applicantA minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service and sales focused role is essential.
